The Sales Transformation Pyramid (STP) model is a hierarchical framework designed to bring together people, processes, technology, and knowledge to optimize sales performance. The pyramid is built on five steps: Sales Rep Efficiency, Sales Rep Effectiveness, Sales Team Effectiveness, Company Effectiveness, and Ecosystem Effectiveness.
